One-Page Screener for Young Children Who Stutter

This is a quick one-page screening that can be completed via observation and/or parent interview! It is intended to aide a speech-language pathologist with a criterion screener of speech fluency for young children (<6 years) who stutter and determine if further evaluation or treatment is necessary.
